You're probably going to have to either take it to a shop, or call the tech-line at microshaft. ((or you could call Sam?))

I haven't been very impressed with the '10' upgrade.  Or isn't my laptop supposed to function for over 3 years? This last Christmas I brought into our house the first Apple product, an IPad for my Mrs.  I am starting to think towards my next laptop being an Apple.
